Many North Americans I know don’t prefer the sweet influence on the meet but if you’re Asian, you’ll like it especially if you also like Korean beef bulgogi.
Go easy on the frying part. I suggest using low or medium-low setting. You will risk burning the honey+garlic marinade if your pan is too hot, even if you use the cast iron skillet. To save on electricity and if you’re not cooking a huge batch, you can use your toaster oven.
